Well first lets focus on the comments they were pretty mixed. All in all they were positive and or constructive.
Analysis: In my opinion The title was awesome. But the white lines were distracting yes there should be white but it should have outlined the blue flowers instead. Also there were some problems with the scan being a little bit dirty and blurred or having black spots. I can say this from experience vector , vector, vector. Yeah it takes a lot of time and patience depending on the scan and your level of ability but the result is worth the effort. and look for vectors by others if you want to save time but not sacrifice quality. In the end it's easier and better to vector than it is to painstakingly clean a scan. Now the BG great choice if you wanted to take this wall up a notch you could "try" and vector the BG(Back Ground) only because it would blend in with the character better.

In closing you had a great idea that was executed relatively well, you just need a little bit of help and you will be one of the really great wallers at AP.

Great wallpaper, great quality.. And I only see one issue... The text form the manga looks awkward other than that it's Amazing. Great work.

Good job it has a nice filter effect going for the BG but to tell the truth most APrs will most likely look down on you for this. So... Vector vector vector characters, BG , everything... Time consuming but totally worth it.
